Spinach, Anti-Aging Vegetables

 Spinach, green leafy vegetables are rich in vitamins A, C, and folic acid. Popeye's favorite vegetable is also have powerful antioxidant effects. Therefore, spinach is classified into food to prevent the effects of aging.
